Animal Liberation? NO by TheAccountuser98 Animal Liberation? NO by TheAccountuser98
Don't get me wrong, I support treating other animals in a humane and loving way very much. But giving them the same exact rights as humans? Fuck no. For all of you supporting Animal Liberation and animal rights extremist groups such as PETA, you do realize what Animal Liberation actually means right? It means no meat, no dairy products, no hunting, no zoos, no pets, and nothing that involves humans and other animals co-existing. Basically, it would completely fuck over the world. I also hate how these dumbass animal rights extremists are comparing how idiots like the A.L.F. are committing terrorist acts and stealing animals to how black people and jews were liberated. The animals in the testing labs and the slaughterhouses are killed for medical research to help people and food while the Jews and black people in the holocaust were killed because of a RACIST MADMAN. As I said before, I HIGHLY support treating animals in a loving & humane way, but liberating them = COMPLETE BULLSHIT. Original Picture: [link]

Why can't we legalize gay marriage for cows?

I think you'd love Penn And Teller's Bullshit PETA episode, if you haven't already. They chew out most of the stuff that PETA and the ALF say, and they also call them out on how animal liberation isn't right.

Sometimes, I don't know what's right. I want to support animal rights because I've heard it's about "Treating animals with respect and not exactly treating them as humans." I've also heard that animal welfare is "being nice to animals only for our selfish needs." I don't know what to say I support anymore, so I just want to say I support being kind and generous to animals and only killing them when absolutely necessary. Although accidents do happen.

But I'm also against saying animals are absolutely worthless and have no value in life. I've met many people who think this way, and personally it ticks me off. Sure, animals aren't human and shouldn't be treated as such, but they're NOT worthless or deserve to be wiped out for no reason.

That's right. The animals will never be the politicians, medics, engineers etc. The people, who support animal liberation, think, that the world is supposed to be like a fairy tale.

It's kinda hard to give "rights" to something that isn't intelligent enough to understand the basic concept of rights.

Animals have been liberated long before humans came around in the first place. That's why I support it. Also, I hate PETA just like you do. Not because of liberation, but because they have killed animals.

I agree what the hell is an animal going to do with such rights? I can understand the abuse part, but shouldn't we also be focusing on those little kids that get abused to? I hardly see commercials for such things as children's right, but I always come across those fucking animal support commercials with some dried out celebrity's. I'm just waiting for them to get miley cyryus, justin bieber, katty perry, or, god forbid, lady gaga do come on those commercials to talk about animal abuse.

What I mean by animal liberation is it would mean no eating meat, no zoo's, no dairy products, no hunting, no leather/fur, no pets, and basically nothing that involves other animals or other animals and humans co-existing. IMO it would be a living hell.

Peakenese dogs have no actual chance of survival in the wild, many animals wouldn't make it if we just dropped them in wild.
